FAQ
Is this project planner template free?
Yes, completely free. No sign-up, no account, and no data is sent to any server. All calculations run in your browser.
What format does the download use?
The plan downloads as a CSV file, which opens in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Apple Numbers, and most other spreadsheet apps.
How is the due date calculated?
Due date = start date + duration (in days) − 1. For example, a 5-day activity starting Monday ends on Friday.
Can I use this for Agile sprint planning?
Yes. Add each sprint task as an activity, set the sprint start date, and use duration to represent story points or days. Download the CSV to import into your project management tool.
How many activities can I add?
There is no limit. Add as many rows as your project needs.
