FAQ
Is this timesheet template free?
Yes, completely free. No sign-up and no data is sent to any server — all calculations run in your browser.
How is overtime calculated?
Overtime is any hours above the threshold you set (default 40 hrs/week). Overtime pay is calculated at 1.5× the hourly rate.
What format does the download use?
CSV — opens directly in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Apple Numbers.
How are lunch breaks handled?
Enter Lunch Out and Lunch In times. The duration is automatically subtracted from the day's total hours.
Can I print the timesheet?
Yes — click the Print button. The page is formatted to hide navigation and buttons so only the timesheet prints cleanly.
